Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PyroClient, including the standalone client and the PyroClient Launcher ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
- You are responsible for activity performed through your device and account.
- The Launcher supports Microsoft authentication to sign in with a Minecraft account. Microsoft account terms also apply.
2. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Services for unlawful activity.
- Do not attempt to attack, disrupt, or abuse our infrastructure.
- Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, or repackage our proprietary builds without permission.
3. Intellectual Property
PyroClient, the Launcher, branding, design, binaries, and related assets are proprietary. All rights are reserved unless explicitly granted in writing.
4. Third-Party Services
The Launcher and Client may rely on third-party services (for example Microsoft authentication and Mojang/Minecraft related services). We are not responsible for outages or policy changes of third-party providers.
5. Updates and Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including compatibility behavior, download endpoints, and authentication flow.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PyroClient/PyroStudios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, account issues, downtime, or incompatibility.
8. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if operation/security requires immediate action.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
